How to Make Sweet and Sour Lobster Tail
- Rinse the lobster clean, split it along the back, remove the black vein, then rinse again to clean, drain, and toss with a bit of bouillon cubes and pepper.
- Prepare the tamarind sauce mixture: 2 tablespoons tamarind paste, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons fish sauce, a pinch of salt, pepper, bouillon cubes, and mix well until the sugar is dissolved.

- Place a pan on the stove with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, then add dried shallots and minced garlic to sauté until fragrant. Next, add the lobster and stir-fry over high heat to avoid excess water.
- Next, pour the tamarind sauce mixture into the pan, stir well until the lobster absorbs the sauce. Add spring onions and turn off the heat. Finally, serve the sweet and sour lobster tail on a plate and enjoy with rice.
