How to make delicious rice cakes
Step 1: Mix 200g rice flour with 800ml water, stir until the flour dissolves, let it settle, then pour off the excess water. Add an equal amount of water as the discarded water, then stir well by hand. Add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil and 1 teaspoon of soup powder.
