While you may find some food in the form of fruits, tree sap on any island, it's advisable to carry some delicious fish to fill your hungry belly when your character's hunger level is low and in case the place you're heading to has scarce resources. In this article, Mytour will guide you on how to fish in Epic Raft.

Fishing Guide in Epic Raft

- First, you need to craft a fishing rod to catch fish. To craft a fishing rod, you need 3 wooden bars, 1 string, and 1 piece of iron.
- In the Produce section, tap on the hammer icon on the left side of the screen to access the Tools section and click on the Produce button to craft the fishing rod when you have enough materials.

- Once you have crafted the fishing rod, move your character to the edge of the raft. The fishing rod icon will glow. You can find this icon at the bottom right corner of the screen, below the hook icon. Tap on the fishing rod to start fishing.

- At this point, you just need to wait. You'll see the fish icon above your character. Quickly tap on it to catch the fish.

- If you miss tapping the fish icon in time, you'll miss the catch and have to wait for the next opportunity.

Note: The durability of the fishing rod will deteriorate over time. When that happens, check the durability of the fishing rod in the storage. The green bar next to the fishing rod indicates its condition. When the green bar reaches the lowest level, the fishing rod will break, and you'll need to craft a new one.

You cannot eat raw fish in Epic Raft. You'll need to cook it or at least dry the fish to prevent bacteria from entering your body, which can lead to food poisoning. After catching fish, craft a Fish Dryer rack. You'll find it in the Workstation section of the Produce tab in the game.

To craft a Fish Dryer rack, you'll need 6 wooden bars, 2 strings, and 1 piece of iron. Once the Fish Dryer is crafted, approach it, tap on the hand icon, and select the type of fish you want to dry.
