- 500g chicken meat (choose thigh part)
- 50g dried shiitake mushrooms
- 100g carrots
- 1 piece of ginger
- 1 purple onion
- Herbs, scallions

How to prepare mushroom-infused steamed chicken:
- Clean the chicken with salt to remove any odor, then cut it into bite-sized pieces. Marinate it with a pinch of salt, pepper, and seasoning powder.
- Clean and soak the herbs and scallions in diluted saltwater for about 15 – 20 minutes, then remove. Cut the scallions into 5cm pieces.

- Peel and slice the carrots into medium-sized pieces, trim the edges. Peel and finely chop the purple onion. Clean the ginger, crush it, and finely mince.
- Soak shiitake mushrooms in warm water until they expand, then drain.
- Heat a bit of cooking oil in a pan, sauté the chopped purple onion and ginger until fragrant, then add the chicken and stir to reduce excess fat and lightly brown the edges.

- Next, add the mushrooms and carrots to the pan and stir-fry together. Scoop 1 bowl of water, pour it in, and simmer until it boils.
Season the spices to taste and then turn off the stove, cover the pot and let it simmer for about 15 more minutes until the water is almost evaporated, and the chicken is tender.
