Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken, approximately 2 kg, cleaned
- Thyme leaves, basil leaves
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- Peppercorns, sea salt, seasoning powder, chili powder, a bit of honey
- Five-spice powder: 1 teaspoon

Instructions:
- Clean the chicken thoroughly and pat dry, use skewers to pierce all over the chicken for easy seasoning absorption and quick cooking.
- Finely chop thyme leaves and basil leaves, mix all spices together and rub thoroughly onto the chicken both inside and outside, let marinate for about 2 hours.
