How to Play AOE Empire Using Lan Games
Step 1: First and foremost, download the official AOE Empire version from the link provided by Mytour below.

Step 2: Proceed to download and install the Lan Games software.

Step 3: Upon successful installation of Lan Games, launch it and log in to your Lan Games account as usual. You can use your Garena
Step 4: On the main interface of Lan Games, select the Game list and click on the AOE Empire icon as illustrated below by Mytour.
Step 5: Choose the region for combat participation from the left-hand menu (here we select Vietnam) and the list of rooms on the right.
Note:
- Each Game room can accommodate a maximum of 225 people, and access may be restricted during peak hours.
- Remember the room name when joining if you wish to play with friends (convenient for accessing the Host if you want to play together).
Information about the Game rooms is also displayed after you join.
Step 6: Set up the path to play AOE Empire on Lan Games by clicking on the Setting icon (gear) located below.
Step 7: Select AOE Empire I and continue by pressing the Setting icon,
Navigate to the directory containing your AOE Empire file, select Empiresx.exe, and click Open.
Click Execute to allow the Lan Games software system to recognize the game startup path, and when you see the message Your settings have been successfully updated, it's done.
Step 8: Now, to play AOE Empire using Lan Games, simply click Start on the software interface, launch, and play online with other gamers as usual.
To access AOE Empire, click on Multiplayer if you want to play with friends or multiple people online.
In the network setup section Multiplayer Connection, enter your in-game name in the Name field and select the 2nd line in the Connection Type field, then click OK.
Click Show Game to find gaming rooms and then click Join to enter a room. If not, press Create (create Host) to establish a new network.
When the Create Game window appears, enter the desired room name in the Game Name section. Remember, the room name is where you can easily provide it to friends or other gamers, making it easy for them to find your room, avoiding unnecessary time wasted.
The room name is also displayed immediately after you successfully create the room, located on the screen. Once all players have joined and are ready, click I'm Ready and select Start Game to begin the match.
