Normal Attack: Windborne Bullet
This is a straightforward Wind-type attack, dealing 50%-100% single-target damage to enemies.
With the Unexpected Attack Soul, after other characters in our team perform normal attacks on an enemy with a Wind Vulnerability, Seele will execute 1 Enhanced Attack, dealing 80% Normal Attack damage as Wind Damage to this target. This effect activates only once per turn.
Ultimate Skill: Tactical Maneuver and Rearrangement
Remove 1 Debuff from our team unit, simultaneously causing this target to have 100% Action Priority, increasing damage dealt by 36%, lasting for 1 turn.
With the Power Accumulation Soul, Bronya has a fixed 50% chance to recover 1 Skill Point, and this effect has a cooldown of 1 turn. Additionally, the Swift March Soul boosts speed by 30%, lasting for 1 turn after executing the Ultimate Skill on the designated target of our team. Lastly, the Mighty Spirit Soul extends the damage-boosting effect of the Ultimate Skill on our team's designated target by 1 turn.
Ultimate Skill: Belobog's March
Causes the entire team to increase Attack by 36%, and simultaneously increases critical damage by 12% of Bronya's critical damage + 12%, lasting for 2 turns.
Passive Talent: One Step Ahead
Normal attacks will give Bronya a 15% Action Priority for the next action.
Secret Technique: Under the Banner
After using the Secret Technique, in the next engagement, the entire team will gain a 15% Attack boost, lasting for 2 turns.

Luminous Helmet (Weapon)
For Seele, the Never-Ending Battle is her weapon of choice. Bronya's Luminous Helmet enables her to enhance Energy recovery efficiency and restore 1 Skill Point to the target using our team's Ultimate Skill. Additionally, every 2 uses of the Finishing Move will trigger this effect once. After the equipped character uses the Ultimate Skill, the damage dealt by other targets of our team in the next action will significantly increase. In the absence of the preferred 5-star helmet, other luminous helmets like Moonlit Carving, Planet Rendezvous, or Form in Memory are excellent alternatives.
Artifacts and Accessories
Bronya synergizes well with the Star Bandit set currently, though it's just passable as it's not an ideal Artifact set for her. The Star Bandit's innate allows the equipped character to gain increased attack damage. Additionally, when Bronya critically hits an enemy's weak point, it restores 3 Energy.
Moreover, opting for the 2-piece Shattered Xianzhou set is also worth considering as it boosts Bronya's maximum HP. When Bronya's speed is 120 or higher, the entire team's attack increases by 8%.
