Step 1: Visit the official Dropbox website by clicking HERE.
Step 2: Input your full name in the right-hand box on the page.
Step 3: Enter your email address.
Create a password for Dropbox login.

Download and Install Dropbox
Step 1: Visit dropbox.com once again, then locate and click on Download Dropbox at the top-right corner of the page.

Step 2: Find the downloaded Dropbox.dmg file.
Note: If you're using Safari, the Dropbox.dmg file you download will be in the browser's download folder. Access the file by clicking the download icon at the top right of the browser window. If you can't find this icon, you can search for the file in the Mac download folder.
Step 3: Run the dropbox.dmg file to initiate the installation process.
Step 4: Double-click on the Dropbox icon in the newly opened window.

Note:
If you wish to expand your storage space for your Dropbox account, you can purchase an additional 100-200 GB. Additionally, you have the option to upgrade your account at any time.
Step 9: The next window will prompt you to choose the setup type (Choose setup type). Select Typical.
Step 10: On the following window, you'll be asked to connect your account to your mobile device. If you'd like to proceed, you can enter the details on this window. Alternatively, you can refer to the instructions on setting up Dropbox on an iPhone online.
Note:
If you choose this setup, enter your phone number in the respective field.
Step 11: Follow the on-screen instructions, then select Skip Tour and choose Finish to complete the process.
How to Use Dropbox on a Mac Computer
Step 1: Firstly, locate the Dropbox icon on the menu bar.
Step 2: Click on the Dropbox icon.

How to Use Dropbox on a Mac Computer
Step 1: Now, a new window appears on the screen; this is your Dropbox folder. Dropbox automatically provides one or more default folders for users.
Creating or Deleting Dropbox Folders on Mac
Step 1: Hold down the Command key, then click on any blank space within the Dropbox folder, and select New Folder.

Now, a folder named Untitled folder appears on the screen.
Step 1: Rename the folder with any name you prefer.
Step 2: To delete a folder, press and hold the Command key and select the folder you want to delete.

Note:
This action will delete the folder and all its contents from your Dropbox account, and you won't be able to access this folder on your computer or other devices anymore. If you haven't emptied the trash, you can go back to the Dropbox folder and re-upload it to the cloud service.

Step 1: Open your Dropbox folder.
Step 2: Drag any folders or files from the desktop or another folder onto the Dropbox folder.

Confirming Dropbox Has Saved Your Uploaded Files
Step 1: To confirm that Dropbox has saved your uploaded files to the cloud service, check if the Dropbox icon on the menu bar has a swirling icon after you add files to the Dropbox folder.
Step 2: To confirm the completion of uploading files in the Dropbox folder to the cloud service, click on the Dropbox icon once again, and you'll see the notification: 'All files up to date'.
Adjusting Dropbox Settings
Step 1: Click on the Dropbox icon in the menu bar.
