Following the trend of remote work after the Covid-19 pandemic, Zalo has officially introduced a chat feature that enables users to make group video calls on Zalo PC. Currently, this feature is in the testing phase and supports a maximum of 4 people. Surely, in the near future, the Zalo group video call feature on PC will continue to be refined by developers, expanding the number of participants and updating support for both mobile and desktop applications.

Important Notes Before Making High-Quality Group Video Calls on Zalo PC
- Your computer must have a camera, webcam device
- Headphones, speakers, or communication devices are required for interacting with people in the group

How to Make High-Quality Group Video Calls on Zalo PC, Laptop
Step 1: Launch the Zalo PC software and log in to your account. In the group chat window, click on the Group Video Call button with a camera icon on the top toolbar.

Step 2: Select the members in the group whom you want to join the high-quality group video call on Zalo PC, with a maximum of only 4 people per call. Then, click on the Group Call button and wait for other users to join.
Step 3: By default, the main group chat screen will be displayed, including:
- Conference: Showing one main video with smaller secondary video screens minimized into the right column.
- Grid: Displaying all user video screens in a grid format, evenly sized.
The group video calling feature on Zalo PC doesn't differ much from regular video calls. Users can turn off the webcam, mute audio, enlarge or shrink video screens, or click the plus icon to invite more members to join the group chat call. To end the group video call on Zalo PC, click on the hang-up icon below the screen.
