Controlling Annotations on Zoom Teacher Meeting Screen
Step 1: Firstly, carefully observe the teacher's shared screen where you'll find the toolset located at the top center of the screen => click on the 3-dot More icon as shown below.
Step 2: A list will appear, choose according to your preference
- Disable participants to annotate: Turn off drawing, control writing on the Zoom teacher meeting screen.
- Show Names of Annotators: Show names of students after annotating on the Zoom teacher meeting screen.
However, during the teaching process, there are times when we don't want to turn off this function, but sometimes when we teach, teachers also want students to be allowed to draw on the screen, choose the answer ... To remove the control of writing, drawing on the Zoom teacher meeting screen => select Allow participants to annotate.
And if you allow students to draw on the teacher's screen, want to display the names of students drawing that character, then check Show Names of Annotators, students drawing will display names as follows.
