Steps
Pinpoint the Link to be Preserved. It rests snugly atop your browser window, nestled within the URL bar.
Select the Link. Employ a deft click-and-drag motion to encompass the entire URL. Alternatively, execute a swift double-click on any part of the link.
- For mobile users, employ a double-tap gesture on the link. Adjust the selection by manipulating the endpoint circles if necessary.
Execute Ctrl+C (Windows) or ⌘ Cmd+C (Mac) to Copy the Link. Alternatively, Right-click (or Command-click) and select Copy.
- For mobile, Tap the highlighted URL and choose Copy.
Find the Spot to Store the Link. This could be a text file, document, or application.
Press Ctrl+V (Windows) or ⌘ Cmd+V (Mac) to Paste the Link.
Save the text file, document, or application. Return to the same location to retrieve your link.
