Zalo Official Account (Zalo OA) serves as the official information hub for businesses, brands, organizations, and communities on Zalo. It aims to foster interaction, connectivity, information dissemination, and value delivery to Zalo users.
You can swiftly create an Official Account (OA) on Zalo using your personal account. Zalo OA comes in two types: News Account (also known as Media Account) and Service Account.

Posting on Zalo Page
Currently, users can post on Zalo Page through a web browser or mobile app.

Step 1: Login to Zalo Page or Zalo Official Account (Zalo OA) using the link Here. Log in to your account to access the account management page.

Step 3: In the new post interface, you can input the content of the post, including:
- Title: The title of the post (limited to 150 words)
- Quotation: Introduction to the article (limited to 300 words)
- Author: Author's name (limited to 50 words)
- Time: Choose the publication time for the article.
- Content: The main content that the writer wants to convey.
Step 6: Access the address: page.zaloapp.com/manage/article to open the article management page.
- Avatar Image: The displayed image on Zalo and the icon for each post.
Step 4: After completing all actions with the post, click Save Post to save the post content for publishing.
Step 5: Especially right after creating the post, Zalo Official Account administrators can also adjust the post status such as Show/Hide the post on the page, track links with codes, or Delete the post.
Step 6: Visit the address: page.zaloapp.com/manage/article to open the article management page.
Here, you can easily manage information related to views, post status, or directly perform actions such as Edit Post, Edit tracking link, Delete Post, and Publish Log.
