1.2. Inserting Special Characters Using Shortcut Keys
For greater convenience and speed, you can utilize shortcut keys to generate special characters. Follow these steps:
- Create an MText field as instructed above and input the character sequence %%C (write continuously, C is not capitalized).

Once you've entered the character sequence, the special character will appear. You can refer to the descriptive image below.

- Additionally, you can use the shortcut Alt + 0216 to type the phi character. To do this, hold down the Alt key on your keyboard and enter the number sequence 0216.

After performing this action, the phi character will appear.

1.3. Inserting the Phi Character via the Character Map
Step 1: Create an MText box and click on the Insert (1) menu => Symbol (2) => Other… (3).

Step 2: Click to select the phi symbol (1) => Select (2) => Copy (3).

To look up shortcuts for other special characters, you can access the Character Map as instructed in section 1.3. Then, click on the character you want to insert (1) and you will see the shortcut for that character under the Keystroke (2) section, while the number (3) indicates the command for the shortcut.
Example: The character 1/2 with Keystroke Alt + 0189 can be entered by holding the Alt key and pressing the key sequence 0189. Additionally, you can input the character \ then enter the command u+00bd to create the 1/2 character without needing to hold the Alt key anymore.

2.2. Inserting Special Characters in Cad using Character Map
The process is similar to inserting the phi symbol in section 1.3. You can follow the instructions below.
Step 1: Open the Character Map (as instructed in section 1.3). Then, select the character you want to insert (1) => Select (2) => Copy (3).
