As the name suggests, this team composition revolves around maximizing Samira's damage output. You'll also need Swain and Talon to activate the Emperor synergy and amplify Samira's damage potential to the fullest.
To kickstart this composition, prioritize acquiring Sparring Gloves right from the initial shared draft. These items will enable you to craft crucial items like Infinity Edge and Guinsoo's Rageblade for Samira in later stages. Additionally, Camille is indispensable in this composition for enabling the Challenger synergy and boasting high durability. Quinn can also serve as an option to hold items for Samira.
By level 6, your primary objective should be to achieve the 3 Emperor synergy with Samira as early as possible. Additionally, upgrading Swain and Talon is crucial to ensure both durability and assassination potential in the backline. Ekko is another unit worth acquiring mid-game to increase damage output for Talon and provide a team-wide attack speed buff.
Mid-game Strategy: Achieving 3-Star Samira and Swain
In the late game, the most notable upgrade you can obtain is Orianna. This unit triggers both the 2 Mech and 2 Sorcerer synergies while providing an additional potent crowd control ability. Moreover, Orianna's shield synergizes well with Ekko and Talon.
Regarding Hextech upgrades, Weak Point Assault is the strongest choice you can acquire early in the match. For compositions heavily focused on physical damage like the Samira reroll team, this upgrade proves to be incredibly potent. Additionally, upgrading Sovereignty (Emperor with 2 Warlords) is a strong consideration in the late game.
In terms of itemization, Infinity Edge and Runaan's Hurricane are the top picks for Samira. Bloodthirster or Hand of Justice are viable options for the third slot to ensure survivability. As for Swain in the frontline, Warmog's Armor, Thornmail, and Dragon's Claw are essential for bolstering his durability.
