What is a Smoke Grenade in Free Fire?
In Free Fire, the Smoke Grenade is positioned at the end of the item list in the Shop, where each player can only purchase one for $300. This grenade can be thrown similar to other grenades and will produce an extended smoke cloud for 25 seconds. Smoke grenades are essential items in many shooting games, except for battle royales. How to Use Smoke Grenades in Free Fire's Clash Squad Mode
Smoke grenades prove more useful than anticipated in the game, as players instinctively cease firing when they can't spot enemies within shooting range. They can be thrown to blanket an area, revive teammates, or restore HP for oneself... enemies won't fire into the smoke.
Smoke from grenades also automatically disables targeting, rendering enemies unable to auto-aim at you and forcing them to manually aim when you're on the move within the smoke. If they're unfamiliar with this, you'll certainly gain the upper hand.
