Exploring Stacks in Procreate

Activate the Select option. It's located at the top-right corner of your screen, initiating radio options for each canvas in your stack.

Choose the canvases to be removed by tapping on each. This action marks them with a blue checkmark icon within the corresponding radio option. Alternatively, press and hold a canvas, then tap others you wish to include.

Long-press a selected canvas to group them under your finger, facilitating simultaneous movement by dragging.

Move the grouped canvases to the Stack area and hold. Once you see 'Stack' in the upper-left corner, maintain this position briefly to return to the Gallery.

Release the grouped canvases onto the Gallery, ensuring they're not overlapping with other items. Dropping all canvases from a stack will cause it to vanish from the Gallery.
