To measure, place your finger on the back camera of the iPhone, right on the white circle as instructed. In low-light environments, enable the flash for increased accuracy during measurement. After a few minutes, you'll receive the results of your heart rate.
Regarding how iPhone measures heart rate, according to Google, the app can estimate blood flow through the camera by tracking subtle color changes in your fingertip.Google Fit can also measure your respiratory rate by observing chest movement through the front camera of your phone.
Similar to heart rate measurement, we can find the respiratory rate feature on the main screen section. Press Next when the instructions appear. Before taking the measurement, make sure to place your phone in a stable position and ensure the front camera can capture you from the waist up.For the most accurate results, it's important to stay still for 30 seconds in front of the camera. The app will indicate the number of breaths you take per minute.Note that the measurements on iPhone are for reference purposes only. If you have health-related concerns, it is advisable to consult with a doctor or healthcare professionals for the most accurate results.
