The successor to Dimensity 9200 SoC has recently made waves on benchmark platforms like AnTuTu Benchmark and Geekbench with impressive performance.
MediaTek to launch Dimensity 9300 chip on 6/11MediaTek has yet to unveil the technical details of Dimensity 9300. Reports indicate this chip may lack efficiency, featuring only performance cores. AnTuTu listing reveals it has 4 Cortex X4 cores, 4 large Cortex A720 cores, and a GPU Immortalis G720 MC12. Like D9200, it supports LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 internal storage.
Test devices using D9300 chip, equipped with 16GB RAM, 512GB internal storage, 120Hz refresh rate, and running Android 14, have surfaced on AnTuTu, achieving the highest score to date of 2,055,084 points. This encompasses CPU, GPU, memory, and UX tests, with the device scoring 485,064, 899,463, 357,691, and 312,866 points respectively.
According to reports, vivo will unveil the X100 and X100 Pro in the third week of November. They are expected to be the first phones to use the Dimensity 9300 chip. Stay tuned!
