Step 1: From the user interface, press Windows + R to open the Run dialog, type gpedit.msc and press Enter or OK
Step 2: Open the Local Group Policy Editor dialog, navigate to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Ctrl+Alt+Del Option and double-click on Remove Change Password.
Step 3: Once the Remove Change Password dialog opens, check the box next to Enabled > click Apply and restart your computer.
From now on, whenever you press Ctrl + Alt + Del, you won't see the Change Password option on the screen anymore.
