Windows 11 adds new Emojis in the November Update
In this update, emoticons and new emojis on Windows 11 will be 'refreshed,' with some completely redesigned in more vibrant and eye-catching colors. Notably, the beloved Clippy emoji makes a comeback.

Currently, there is no official information on whether the new 3D emoticons and emojis will be available for all Windows 11 users and when.
Windows 11 introduces a completely new design, promising users a unique and fresh experience with seamlessly integrated elements and visually enhanced emoticon emojis.
Finally, to own and experience 2D emoji icons along with new designs and improvements, consider updating to the latest Windows 11 Preview version by accessing Settings => Update & Security => Windows Update and selecting Check for updates.
After the installation process is complete, simply press Windows + period (.) to access the new emoticon icons.
