In their announcement, Microsoft stated that the text translation feature will continue to function while the voice translation feature will officially be discontinued in October. Download links will be removed this month.

According to Microsoft: 'The Microsoft Translator app for Windows Phone 10 is no longer available on the Microsoft Store starting April 2019. Translator will continue to support and improve the app for computers running Windows 10'.
