Unlike Chrome Canary browser, which requires users to activate the feature through Chrome://flags, the new password addition feature in the Edge Canary web browser does not require users to activate any flags. To use this feature, users need to ensure they have installed build version 99.0.1124.0, described as the release build with controls.
Microsoft Edge Canary supports manual password addition
Recently, the software giant Microsoft has been continuously improving and adding new features to Edge Canary to make the browser on par with Google Chrome. Specifically, back in November last year, Edge Canary added the tab search feature, which is activated by default. Additionally, the option to require authentication for autofill was also activated on Edge Dev for Android in December.
