Although the latest update of Microsoft Edge for iOS supports e-books, unfortunately features such as bookmarking, annotations, and content highlighting are still not supported at this time. Hopefully, Microsoft will soon add support for these features for users.
Below are the full changes and updates of Microsoft Edge version 42.1.0 for iOS:
- Sign in with school or work accounts:
+ Password syncing coming soon.
- On iPad, press the Command key on the attached keyboard to view available shortcuts.
- Enhanced Hub design.
- Reading on the go:
+ Books downloaded or purchased from Microsoft Store.
+ Bookmarking, annotations, and content highlighting are not supported.
- Improved performance.
As of now, there have been no new updates for the Microsoft Edge browser for Android. The last update, released last week, added Timeline support to the browser.
