Microsoft rolls out Dark Theme for To-Do app
According to Windows Central, the Dark Theme interface for the To-Do app was rolled out to Insider users last weekend and made available on the Store today.

In addition to the dark theme, the latest release of the To-Do app also adds other features, specifically the option to repeat tasks will always be displayed in detail view. A shared task list is now added to the Suggestions section to give users an overview of tasks for the day.
How to activate Dark Theme in the To-Do app
To activate the Dark Theme on the To-Do app, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on your account name located in the top right corner of the To-Do app.
Step 2: From the menu, click on Settings.
Step 3: In the Settings window, scroll down and find the Themes =>Dark Theme option.
Additionally, if desired, you can configure the To-Do app to use the current Windows interface; the Dark Theme is only available on Windows 10.
