During this year's Ignite event, Microsoft announced plans to bring new enhancements to Excel in the coming weeks/months. Some features like the new Excel XLOOKUP function and dynamic arrays have been highlighted, making formulas more feasible by allowing a single formula to display results across multiple cells. Microsoft has announced that this dynamic array feature will be available for Excel on the web this week, but the XLOOKUP function is still planned for release in the coming months.

However, there are also many other new features. First, let's talk about natural language queries, a part of the Idea feature in Excel. It will allow you to use natural language to ask Excel specific questions, and the answers will be based on relevant data in your document. This feature will be released on Office Insiders today, and it will be available on Mac, Windows, and the web version. But currently, it only supports the English language.
Another new feature called Sheet View is used with spreadsheets with multiple authors. It enables users to select criteria and filter out who can work on that document or just for users. Therefore, data won't be lost when others work on this document. If users make their changes, the view mode will be saved separately for later access without affecting the work of other users. Sheet View will be available on the web version of Excel by the end of 2019.
There is also a new feature called Office Scripts, allowing users to easily record a series of actions and save that sequence of actions as a script to automate in the future without any code. Scripts will be saved on OneDrive for Business and can be reused across work windows. This feature will be available on the web version of Excel by the end of this year.
Finally, Microsoft introduces the ability to classify documents based on the sensitivity of information. The manual labeling feature has been available on Mac and mobile devices, but now it is newly introduced on Excel on Windows and the web version. Document marking can also be done automatically, and this feature is being rolled out to Windows users in the Fast Ring. It will also be available on the preview version of Excel on the web browser.
Also in the final months of 2019, graphics software company Adobe officially unveils its 'darling' Photoshop on the App Store. Thus, Adobe Photoshop is now available on iPad with support for PSD, Layer, and many other features.
