Recently, Microsoft rolled out a new update for those testing Microsoft Launcher Preview, bringing back some features from previous versions.
Users can once again hide apps from the App Drawer and the ability to select multiple apps at once has been restored, making it easier to pin or remove multiple apps. Additionally, there's a feature to pin specific widgets from the Feed to a new page, allowing you to view that widget in fullscreen.
The changelog on the Play Store also mentions the addition of daily Bing wallpapers, but that feature isn't actually new in this release. One thing still missing is the ability to backup and restore your Microsoft Launcher settings, although this feature was actually discovered last month.
It's still unclear when the new version of Microsoft Launcher will be available to the public. Perhaps it will be ready alongside the launch of the Surface Duo, expected to debut this holiday season, although reports have claimed the app could be released as early as this summer.
