Canonical has just announced that Skype, a popular VoIP client, is now available for Linux users as a Snap package for easier installation on popular Linux distributions like Ubuntu and Linux Mint, and it updates the latest features directly to users.

'Skype has enabled users worldwide to chat with each other for over 10 years. We want to provide a high-quality experience for Linux users just like what we have done on other platforms.
