For Microsoft, an anticipated major Windows 10 update is set to launch next year, alongside the introduction of Windows 10X. However, sources also suggest that the company may consider additional support for Android apps for Windows 10.
A few years ago, Microsoft made efforts to develop and maintain Windows 10 Mobile, but it eventually met its end. The company shifted its focus to Android, developing Cortana and Microsoft Launcher as standalone products. And the highly popular Your Phone app emerged shortly thereafter to enable users to connect their phones to Windows 10 computers and access notifications, images, messages, and more... There are rumors circulating about Microsoft taking a further step to introduce Android app support to Windows 10 in 2021.
