Additionally, PowerPoint on the web introduces a new feature - presentation markup. Now, users can annotate in real-time throughout the presentation process. The Windows and Mac versions of PowerPoint support dynamic Ink Replay images, allowing users to annotate each step during presentations for enhanced visual impact. Both features are now available to Office Insiders.
Microsoft has also integrated 23 new 3D education-oriented models and 10 curriculum sets into the Office application suite. They cover various topics, including geography, biology, and space.
Lastly, Whiteboard now boasts additional new templates. As anticipated, it furnishes pre-designed layouts to facilitate work initiation instead of randomly placing objects on the board. Currently, there are a total of 9 templates. These templates are already available in public previews on Windows 10 and will soon be released to the iOS application.
During this period, Google announces the introduction of several new features to enhance the Hangouts chat tool. The focus of this update is to optimize the mobile experience, making it easier for users to find contacts and chat rooms with Hangouts on Android and iOS devices.
