Office 2010 and Office 2016 for Mac are two products with perpetual licenses, meaning you own them forever. However, after October 13th, they will no longer be supported. You can still use them indefinitely, though you may face security risks. Microsoft 365 is clearly a subscription product that requires payment if you want to use it.
