According to research by Mytour.vn, this feature is currently being deployed to users worldwide. At present, if you've logged in with the same Microsoft account on both devices and the Teams versions are configured, all you need to do is open the app on your phone and continue the call.
In other words, if you initiate a Teams call on your PC and then have to leave the office, simply open the Microsoft Teams app on your mobile device and you'll see a prompt displayed on the screen.
Microsoft Teams will automatically detect an ongoing call and allow you to choose between adding your mobile device to the call or transferring the connection from PC to phone. Selecting the second option will end the call on your computer and then continue it on your mobile device.
