Unlike iOS and Android, Teams currently does not allow users to switch between multiple accounts or log in to multiple accounts on the desktop version, forcing users to resort to alternative solutions such as using incognito browser windows to log in and switch between accounts or download the progressive web app (PWA).

The description of the feature set indicates that the application will allow users to 'add multiple accounts, change profile pictures, switch between multiple accounts, and organize through the Settings section', making it easy to access and collaborate on multiple accounts. This will be a welcomed addition for various user groups.
This feature has been highly requested on the UserVoice forum, with at least one post from 2017 garnering nearly 29,000 votes. With Teams users continuously increasing, the ability to switch between multiple accounts and manage multiple accounts on desktop (alongside other ongoing improvements) will undoubtedly enhance the application's usability.
