Each answer has different meanings, different elements, so it is difficult to choose which option is certain.
Principles of choosing house direction
For instance, if you open a restaurant, the direction may be very favorable according to age, with a river view, but around the house is a cemetery, sparsely populated, inside the house is stuffy and suffocating, then it's guaranteed that not many people will visit the restaurant, and if they do, they want to leave quickly.
