According to a post on Weibo, the game will be built using Unreal Engine 4. With impressive 2D and 3D visuals seamlessly integrated into a trailer lasting over 2 minutes, Codename Firestorm has generated unprecedented excitement among fans for a promising shooter game in the future.
If you recall, Tencent made some organizational adjustments last year, adding four new game studios and splitting Tianmei J3 Studio Group into smaller studios like Y1, Y2, and Y3, to facilitate the release of various shooter game genres. Tianmei Y3 Studio is responsible for developing CrossFire mobile and other games related to this brand.
Currently, only the domestic version of the game is set to be released, and the website is only available in Chinese.
