'Recycle Bin' on the Desktop is a temporary storage for deleted files, offering users the ability to recover accidentally deleted data. By default, the Recycle Bin occupies 10% of the drive capacity (usually the C drive with the operating system). However, you can change the Recycle Bin size with a few simple settings as outlined below.

Step 1: Right-click outside the Desktop, select the Recycle Bin icon, and choose Properties
Step 2: In the Recycle Bin Properties window that appears, you can modify the drive allocation for the Recycle Bin (usually the default is the C drive - Windows installation drive).
Next, to adjust the Recycle Bin capacity, in the Custom size (Maximum size MB) section, enter the desired capacity for the Recycle Bin, then click OK to save the settings.
