- Pizza cheese (please note to use the kind of cheese for making pizza, easily available at supermarkets).
Steps to make Cheesy Skewers:
Step 1: Slice the cheese into moderately thick square pieces. Avoid slicing too thin as it may break easily, and too thick can make the snack overwhelming.
You can enjoy pairing cheese sticks with ketchup or hot sauce for a delightful experience. Alternatively, mix ketchup with hot sauce and a splash of dipping sauce.

2. How to Make Tasty Potato-Wrapped Shrimp Snack
Ingredients for the Potato-Wrapped Shrimp Snack:
- Potatoes: 1 to 2 large ones;
- Shrimp: 500g;
- Seasonings: salt, peppercorns, fish sauce, white wine, cooking oil;
- Hot sauce;
- Lemongrass, squeeze to extract the core juice.
Steps to Make the Potato-Wrapped Shrimp Snack:
Step 1: Peel the potato skin, cut it into wedges, and use a grater to create strands following the circumference of the cut. Try to make long strands. Then soak the potatoes in saltwater for about 15 minutes.
Step 2: Peel the shrimp, leaving the tail for presentation. Season the shrimp with fish sauce, lemongrass core juice, and peppercorns for enhanced flavor absorption.

Step 2: Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces, then drain and marinate it with spices: 1 spoon of broth powder, ½ spoon of tasty powder, ½ spoon of sweet powder, and ½ spoon of cooking oil. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Step 3: Beat 2 egg yolks with 1 egg white and ¼ spoon of sea salt. Clean and chop scallions and cilantro, finely chop the scallions, cut the cilantro into 3cm pieces. Mix the crispy batter with scallions, cilantro, 1 spoon of broth powder, and ¼ spoon of ground pepper. Rinse the lettuce thoroughly and drain.
Step 4: Heat oil in a pan until it boils, then add the squid coated with crispy batter, beaten eggs, and crispy batter. Fry until golden brown.

Ingredients for the tempting sour fried spring rolls:
- Pork skin: 300g;
- Ground pork shoulder: 300g;
- Tapioca flour: 20g;
- Tempura flour: 1 packet;
- Seasonings: sugar, MSG, peppercorns, garlic, cooking oil.
Steps to prepare the crispy sour fried spring rolls:
Step 1: Mix pork shoulder with 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon MSG, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons tapioca flour, 1 teaspoon pepper, and minced garlic. Mix well and wrap tightly, then refrigerate for about 2 hours.
Step 2: Take the meat from the refrigerator and grind it quickly. Keep the meat cold during grinding to maintain the springiness and prevent expansion.
Step 3: Place pork skin, ground meat, rice crackers, fish sauce, sugar, rice wine, pepper, minced garlic, broth powder, and 1/3 of the spice packet in a large bowl. Mix all the ingredients and let it sit for about 1 hour, then add another 1/3 of the spice packet and mix well.
Step 4: Use a food wrapping sheet to wrap the nem: spread the food wrapping sheet, spoon out the nem, and spread it into a long piece at each end, then roll it up, twisting the two ends. Repeat until all the meat is used. After wrapping, store the nem in the refrigerator overnight, and it will be ready to fry by the next morning.
Step 5: Heat the pan to fry the nem. You can either fry it as is or roll it in tempura flour before frying.
