Mozilla has just launched the new Firefox Quantum browser version for all supported computer platforms. While previous Firefox versions primarily focused on security, however, this recent Firefox Quantum version emphasizes fixing bugs and non-security issues.
Mozilla releases Firefox 58.0.2 addressing Windows and macOS issues
Firefox 58.0.2 adds a bug-fixing patch for signature confirmation issues during updates on macOS, preventing some users from installing the new version. Now, Apple users have a seamless experience with this new version, especially if they're using the integrated update system.
Mozilla also mentioned they've resolved the blocked graphics driver issue, a major cause of browser crashes. This issue was reported in the main releases of Firefox 58 and version 58.0.1, but the parent company now assures everything is working well. Check out how to update Firefox here.
The next stable release is set for March
In addition to Mozilla releasing Firefox 58.0.2 fixing Windows and macOS issues, the browser also includes an additional fix for tabs hanging during document printing.
Lastly, but equally important, this new update also fixes issues with clicking links and scrolling down emails on Microsoft Hotmail and Outlook. In previous versions, users complained about link-related issues when accessing Microsoft email inboxes, so updating to Firefox 58.0.2 will enhance the experience.
Although this is just a minor release with bug fixes added, users may find it not very useful. The next official Firefox release in the stable channel, Firefox 59, is expected to be released on March 13.

If users only receive bug fixes in the latest update on Mozilla Firefox, Google has updated a safety warning feature for its browser users. With Chrome 68 marking HTTP sites as 'not secure', users can easily distinguish between safe and unsafe websites.
