Mũi Trèo – A Stunning Camping Spot Near Hue

HOW TO GET TO MŨI TRÈO? To reach Mũi Trèo from Đông Hà City, you can take either of the following routes:
Route 1: Travel along QL1A road to visit the historic landmark of the 17th parallel (Hiền Lương Bridge – Bến Hải River), then proceed to Vĩnh Kim commune and inquire locals for further directions to Mũi Trèo.

Second Route: You travel along Xuyên Á road towards Cửa Việt Port (combine with Check-in), then turn left and follow the coastal road to Cửa Tùng (remember to Check-in Cửa Tùng Bridge, the beach too). Next, follow the coastal road until you reach the main entrance to the Vĩnh Mốc Tunnels historical site. From there, continue running for another 300 - 400m until you reach a T-junction. Turn left onto the concrete road and run another 1km until you reach the first T-junction on the right-hand side, where there is a gravel road. Follow this road for about 1km, and on the right-hand side, there is a small trail running under the forest canopy. Follow this trail to reach the destination (if you reach the end of the gravel road, you have gone too far, so backtrack about 200m, and on the left-hand side, there is a small trail for you to follow, leading you to Mủi Trèo).

Mũi Lay Lighthouse: Located at the northeast tip of Mũi Lay with a total height of 37.9m. Put into operation in 1976, this beacon serves to mark the position of Mũi Lay, illuminate the coastal area, and assist vessels navigating in the waters of Quảng Bình – Quảng Trị to determine direction.
