Philippine cuisine shares many similarities with Vietnamese cuisine and is easily enjoyed by Vietnamese travelers. However, some unique cooking methods and spice combinations created by Filipinos give them their own distinctive flavor.
1. Dinuguan
Dinuguan may not win many beauty contests, but this stew is always praised for its unique preparation and peculiar flavor. It consists of pork meat and offal such as kidneys, lungs, heart, sometimes including ears and snout.

All ingredients are simmered together for a long time, resulting in a less visually appealing color. However, what makes Dinuguan interesting is the addition of garlic, chili, and vinegar for seasoning.
2. Camaro

3. Crispy Pata

4. Asocena

5. Sisig

6. Papaitan

7. Pinikpikan na Manok
