Arriving in Twante, Pegu, we immersed ourselves in the authentic life, untouched by embellishments, of the Myanmar people.
Inle Lake serves as a showcase for Myanmar's traditional crafts such as weaving lotus silk, cigar making, silverware craftsmanship, and more.

Waking up amidst Yangon's bustling streets, one can feel the genuine kindness of the Myanmar people everywhere. In this city, locals place water in clay pots with cups for passersby. Anyone who stops by is welcomed to a refreshing drink without spending a dime. Suddenly, warm memories flood back, reminiscing about the communal water jugs back home in Vietnam.

Returning to Vietnam, memories of sharing meals with the people of Myanmar linger on. I recall the places guided by a Myanmar lad with utmost hospitality, the endearing reminders to 'take care, little one' in Myanmar language by our translator when people discovered our fondness for Myanmar. I even remember the nights spent seeking refuge in monasteries, warmly welcomed by our hosts.

We realized that Myanmar's essence lies not only in its golden pagodas and gilded artifacts but in the inherent kindness and sincerity of its people, who steadfastly believe in goodness and lead virtuous lives, thus shaping the authentic and vibrant 'Myanmar brand' we've come to admire.
As night falls, after being wrapped in a sarong by the mother of our newly acquainted Myanmar friend for a bath and cozying up to Myanmar's delectable dinner spreads, we drift into slumber filled with joy for the trust received and the trust bestowed upon us.
