Guide to placing orders and installment payment procedures
Step 1:
Access Mytour, choose the desired tour, then select the departure date and click the 'Book now' button.
Select the tour you want to pay for in installments on Mytour
Step 2:
Fill in your contact information completely, then press the 'Submit request' button.

Step 3:
A Mytour staff member will contact you and send you the installment payment link with the following content displayed below.
Choose the installment package according to your needs
At 'Section 1: Choose Pay Later Package', please select between the suitable installment options: Insta or Insta+. The corresponding fees will be displayed on the table according to the term.
Once you have selected the installment package, proceed to 'Section 2: Enter Registration Information' and complete the details then press 'Continue'.
Customers fill in the required information for authentication.
Step 4: The system will send a message to your phone (for those who registered on the computer), including a link to verify the information. Follow the instructions to provide the following details:
- Front photo of ID card (Original Copy)
- Portrait photo
- Personal information and address
- Reference information

After verifying the accuracy, please select 'Confirm and Agree', the system will resend the verification code (OTP) via text message for you to enter and press 'Continue'.
The application approval process takes about 5 minutes and you will receive the result via phone (Successful registration or unsuccessful).
Notification to receive OTP verification code to complete registration procedure
Upon successful installment registration, you will receive an approval notification as shown below and need to make the down payment. An advisor will contact you to guide you through the down payment process. You will receive a successful transaction notification after the transfer.
Please monitor the timely payment for subsequent installments for Amigo through monthly bank transfers (based on the chosen package).
