Hotel management training is part of the collaboration program between Mytour and the Global Competitiveness Facility (GCF) of Denmark.
During the past months of April, May, and June, the online booking website Mytour, in collaboration with the Global Competitiveness Facility (GCF), organized modern hotel management training courses for small and medium-sized hotels in 4 provinces in Vietnam including An Giang, Can Tho, Dak Lak, and Lam Dong. This is part of the government-approved project to develop small and medium-sized hotels. These training courses have attracted over 200 hotel representatives.

With the aim of enhancing the competitiveness of hotels, the training courses provided by Mytour focus on topics such as human resource development, labor safety, and gender equality for hotels rated 3 stars and below. The courses also emphasize increasing room sales by participating in online booking channels like Mytour.

In particular, within the program, Mytour provides, guides, and transfers the modern Property Management System (PMS) software for all trainees for free. The PMS hotel management software is developed by Mytour with compact size, simple interface yet full of the most outstanding features, optimizing support for hotel management on computer systems and mobile platforms.

In July and August, Mytour will continue to organize 4 training courses in the provinces of Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Nghe An, and Thanh Hoa, hoping to impart more knowledge of modern hotel management to small and medium-sized hotels.
