1. Naming Data Cells:
- Typically, data cells default to a combination of the column and row order, forming the cell name. For example, cell B5 is named B5.

To change the name of a cell, follow these steps:
Select the cell you want to rename -> on the formula bar, enter the name in the Name Box -> press Enter -> now the cell is named.

2. Add a note to the data cell.

3. Data Protection.
Step 1: Right-click on the data cell to be protected -> Format Cells:

Step 2: The Format Cells dialog appears -> select Tab Protection -> check Locked:

In Step 3: Right-click on the sheet -> Protect Sheet to set up the protection password.

Moving on to Step 4: A dialogue box appears for entering the password under Password to unprotect sheet, where you can choose additional features for users in the Allow all users of this worksheet to -> select OK:

Now, in Step 5: A dialogue box prompts you to re-enter the password -> re-enter the correct password -> click OK to complete.

- After setting up the protection, select the protected data cell to make edits -> Excel provides a notification:

Your data is now safely secured.
If you wish to modify the data -> Unprotect the data on the sheet by following these steps:
+ Right-click on the sheet name -> Unprotect sheet:

+ Enter the password you set -> press OK.

- Pressing OK allows you to customize your data as you wish.
