Hello ladies, I'm Hà Anh. I'm married and after giving birth, I experienced an unpleasant odor in my intimate area. After applying these methods for 3 days, my intimate area became completely fresh and odor-free.
I find these tips very helpful for both married and unmarried women, so I'm sharing them with all of you. Avoid using sprays for intimate areas; you might lose money for nothing. Natural methods are still the best. Everyone, feel free to try out my tricks!
Using Apple Cider Vinegar to Eliminate Odor in Intimate Areas
I bought a bottle of apple cider vinegar at the supermarket, which is readily available everywhere. If you prefer homemade vinegar, that works too, but nowadays it's all Chinese apples, so I opt for convenience. It's around 30K per bottle, and it lasts forever.
Mix 10ml of apple cider vinegar into a basin of warm water and soak your intimate area for about 20 minutes. If you have a bathtub, pour half a cup of apple cider vinegar into it and soak yourself in it. Do this daily after cleaning your intimate area thoroughly, continuously for 3 days, and the odor will disappear completely.
Note: Only soak externally; don't insert vinegar into your body.
Apple cider vinegar effectively eliminates odor in intimate areas, and you can easily purchase it at the supermarket.
Eating plenty of pineapples or drinking pineapple juice helps to eliminate odor in intimate areas.
After successfully getting rid of the odor, I make sure to eat plenty of pineapples (fresh ones) every day. Since I love pineapples so much, I can eat as many as I want. Pineapples help our bodies emit a natural fragrance without the need for perfume, even in intimate areas.
My husband can attest to this; he asked why I smell so good lately. I just smile coyly, hehe. In the winter when fresh pineapples are scarce, you can also drink canned pineapple juice temporarily.
Pineapple helps us have a naturally fragrant body, and that also eliminates odor in intimate areas.
Eating plenty of yogurt helps to eliminate odor in intimate areas.
Yogurt contains beneficial bacteria for health and reduces inflammation and fungal infections in intimate areas. Every day, I indulge in at least 2 cups of yogurt, which not only beautifies the skin but also leaves the body smelling fresh.
Avoid eating strongly scented foods on days of intimate relations.
I refrain from eating onions, garlic, and strong-smelling fish sauce every day because these foods always cause strong odors. If I anticipate intimacy with my partner, I avoid eating them altogether.
I also consume less meat and more vegetables to reduce odor in the intimate area. If you notice, those who follow a vegetarian diet have a very pleasant body odor and their breath is very fresh, not heavy like normal people. That's because they eat cleanly and purely, so their bodies smell fresh.
Avoid eating onions, garlic, or restrict consumption to prevent unpleasant odor in the intimate area.
Wear breathable underwear to eliminate odor in the intimate area.
Make sure to get yourself some cotton underwear to wear for breathability, avoiding lace or nylon panties as they can cause discomfort and unpleasant odors in the intimate area.
