Both these smartphones are speculated to have a new waterdrop hinge design. Additionally, the Galaxy Z Flip5 is anticipated to have a larger rear secondary display. Today, a leak has provided us with initial insights into the rear design of this phone.
Recall that Samsung initially released the first Galaxy Z Flip with a tiny 1.1-inch secondary display, which was increased to 1.9 inches on the Z Flip3 and Z Flip4. Although not a significant upgrade, it made the outer display somewhat usable.
According to recent leaks, Samsung will continue to enhance this aspect on the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip5. As per the latest leaked images of this phone, its secondary display will occupy almost the entire upper half of the device. This design will enable us to perform more tasks without needing to open the phone, including quickly checking notifications, responding to messages, taking rear selfies, and more.
However, we still have to wait and see if Samsung will allow users to utilize apps on the secondary display of the Galaxy Z Flip5. Let's wait and see!
