Clearly, users can expect the release of the new Outlook app sooner than anticipated, with the first Preview version slated to launch later this year, possibly preceding the debut of Windows 11.

According to Mytour's findings, Microsoft's One Outlook app information leaked earlier this year, has been updated, and is now simply referred to as 'Outlook' with a beta label. This indicates that a Public Preview is imminent.
The upcoming Outlook application is set to operate seamlessly across Windows, macOS, and the web. In other words, this new version will replace all existing Outlook applications on desktops. In the May 2021 update for Office Insiders, the new Outlook design was inadvertently unveiled, featuring a user interface reminiscent of the new Paint app in Windows 11.
Currently, Windows 11 will ship with the existing Mail & Calendar app. These apps will be updated with rounded corners and new WinUI controls. Naturally, the new Outlook app will also adopt this design language.
