Today, leaker Chun has revealed information indicating that the Z Fold5 will have a similar setup as its predecessor. Therefore, it seems that the main camera setup of this phone may not offer significant upgrades compared to the Galaxy Z Fold4.

Recalling, the rear camera setup of the Plus includes a 50-megapixel main sensor with OIS support, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 10-megapixel telephoto camera with OIS, supporting 3x optical zoom. A similar camera array is also found on the Galaxy Z Fold4.
Chun's leak aligns with a tweet from leaker Ice Universe from last week, stating that the Galaxy Z Fold5 will continue to use a camera module similar to the Z Fold4. Furthermore, it seems that Samsung's new foldable smartphone model will not change much from the previous generation. The device will still feature a 6.2-inch external cover display and a 7.6-inch main foldable display.
However, the Galaxy Z Fold5 is rumored to adopt a new, more durable waterdrop hinge design, reducing the appearance of creases on the screen, offering dust resistance, and utilizing the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy SoC. Let's wait and see!
