Nighttime trial tour of Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám at the end of October
On the evening of October 22nd, the 'Essence of Confucianism' nighttime tour of Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám, organized by the Cultural and Scientific Activities Center of Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám, Hanoi, officially commenced trial operations, with the participation of numerous travel companies.
This is the fourth nighttime tour organized in Hanoi, following the nighttime tours of Hoa Lo Prison Relic Site, Thang Long Imperial Citadel, and the Vietnam Museum of Literature.
The nighttime tour of Văn Miếu – Quốc Tử Giám offers visitors new and different experiences compared to daytime visits. The monument space is transformed by a lighting system and 3D Mapping technology, creating a new, shimmering, surreal appearance and evoking numerous emotions for visitors.
Distinctive structures of the heritage site such as the Khuê Văn Các (Pavilion of Literature), Doctoral Steles Garden, Thiên Quang Well, and Bai Duong Area are effectively utilized to convey the values and significance of Confucianism.
