Strong girls are actually those who have a clear understanding of their lives. They don't want to rely on men.
Whether you're a cheerful single woman with a stable job and financial independence, or a strong girl who has bravely overcome emotional wounds to courageously continue on life's challenging journey, or even a powerlifting athlete, you still need to be nurtured and loved.
As a woman, no matter how ambitious or independent you are, strong girls are still 'affected' by the characteristics of the weaker sex. However, the label 'weaker sex' is nothing to be ashamed of; it just shows one thing: Girls, no matter how strong, still need to be protected and loved. I once saw her sitting quietly, smoking in the corner of the cafe. It was raining that day, the coffee was cold, and the music dripped into every dark corner. While women smoke to forget sadness and add strength to themselves. Seeing her smoke, I found her alluring and strangely strong, yet her strength felt lonely.
That loneliness, ultimately, softens her apparent strength. Her demeanor at that moment attracts curiosity and a desire in men to protect women too much, even though I know she smokes not to impress or allure men. Women smoking in the dark corner is different from when they smoke in noisy crowded places. And I wonder, behind her strength and loneliness, does a strong woman like her also need nurturing?
There are men who fear loving strong, independent women. For them, such women possess an irresistible charm, yet they undermine their own strength and instinct to protect. Some think, do such girls even need protection? Surely, they're mistaken because they don't know that behind the strong and independent facade, those girls also yearn for love. Isn't being strong not requiring love? Isn't being independent not needing a shoulder, a warm gaze in moments of weakness?
Strong girls, simply put, are those who have a clear understanding of their lives. They don't want to rely too much on men because they know nothing is permanent. They are always mentally prepared, so even if they unfortunately experience a breakdown, they can stand on their own. They're not girls who spend their whole lives waiting for a fairytale love story - Snow White waiting for her prince to rescue her so they can live happily ever after.
