Vietnamese fans are warmly welcoming two big names in the Asian entertainment industry with BlackPink in Hanoi and Masahiro Inoue from 'Kamen Rider Decade' in Ho Chi Minh City.
Alongside the Born Pink tour happening in Hanoi, Japanese actor Masahiro Inoue - known for his role as Kamen Rider Decade in the famous series - is present in Vietnam, interacting with audiences in Ho Chi Minh City.
At the cultural event focused on comics, anime fans continuously ask about the future of Kamen Rider Decade. The 31-episode series about the masked superhero failed to satisfy the audience.
In addition to answering questions about the masked superhero series, Masahiro Inoue expressed his happiness at the hospitality of the Vietnamese people, hoping for future collaborations with them.
'If my upcoming film project involves Vietnamese participants, I would be very happy, especially considering the established relationship between Vietnam and Japan spanning around 50 years. Projects featuring Vietnamese-Japanese actors demonstrate the friendly relations between the two countries,' Masahiro Inoue said during the interaction.
During the meet and greet, the Japanese actor always exuded friendliness. Due to time constraints, Masahiro Inoue couldn't answer all the fans' questions. 'Even in a short time, interacting with everyone here is an irreplaceable opportunity for me,' Masahiro Inoue said.
Masahiro Inoue traveled to Vietnam for the Manga Comic Con Vietnam 2023 event. Prior to this, the actor expressed his anticipation of meeting fans. 'Heading to Vietnam! I will participate in Manga Comic Con Vietnam 2023 on July 29-30! I look forward to meeting you all in Vietnam,' he said.
Apart from the masked superhero Masahiro Inoue, the event also featured Red Lion from the childhood series Super Sentai Gao. Other guests from the film industry present at the seminar within the event included director Charlie Nguyen.
Comic Con has been in Vietnam since 2022, the second year organized in Ho Chi Minh City, from July 29-30. The organizers of Comic Con Vietnam hope this will be an opportunity for creative individuals and artists to promote the distinctive image and culture of Ho Chi Minh City to international tourists.
